Carr Valley Bacon Bread Cheese

Inspired by the Finnish cheese Juustoleipa, or cheese bread.  This 'squeaky' cheese has a very buttery flavor, and the heat from baking caramelizes the sugars on the outside of the cheese to form a tasty crust similar to brown bread. With the addition of high quality hickory smoked bacon, this savory bread cheese makes a great appetizer or snack!  Before serving, pop it in your oven, saute in a skillet, or microwave until it glistens.  Serve with your favorite dipping sauce - try with fruit chutney for a sweet and savory combo your taste buds will love!
