At Eleven Oaks Farms, we’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products from our farm to your doorstep with care and efficiency. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle, package, and deliver your order.
Processing Time
We aim to get your farm-fresh goods to you as quickly as possible. To ensure the freshness and safety of perishable items, we ship Monday through Wednesday only. This helps us avoid weekend delays in transit and gives your order the best chance of arriving unspoiled. Orders placed after Wednesday at noon may be held and shipped the following Monday to protect product quality.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order total and shipping location. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. This straightforward pricing helps you know exactly what to expect before you finalize your purchase.
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.
Packaging
Perishable items are carefully packed using cooled packaging to maintain proper temperature during transit. We take great care to ensure your order arrives fresh and in excellent condition.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us so we can assist.
Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Eleven Oaks Farms is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please verify your address before placing your order.
