Perishable Items (Meat and Other Refrigerated Goods)
Due to the perishable nature of our meat products and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any perishable items once they have left our facility.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your meat arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise compromised, email us within 24 hours at store@elevenoaksfarms.com with:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Non-Perishable Items (Merchandise, Pantry Goods, etc.)
We have a 30-day return window for non-perishable items. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To request a return, contact us at store@elevenoaksfarms.com. If the return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Non-perishable items that cannot be returned include:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If so, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
If 15 business days pass after approval and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at store@elevenoaksfarms.com.
