This beautiful seasonal cheddar is made with fresh, local milk and hand crafted in La Valle, WI. After forming, we cold smoke the wheels with applewood for a subtle, but flavorful finish. Pair with apple cider to celebrate the cool weather, colorful trees and all things Fall!
